Schedule 8: the ‘waterfall’ in a table
This is a super-short post.
If you have been to any of my webinars on building safety, you may well recognise the table below: it’s my best effort a condensing the waterfall – (I still find that word inappropriate) – into a compact format that can be used as a starting point when working out liability for remediation costs.
Bear in mind that many of the words and phrases have a technical meaning. Keep this page open while working through the table.
