Pen portraits
When I began writing this blog, I was familiar with very few of the characters populating the service charge world. Two or so years on, I know – and know of – many more. There are heaps of questions that I would like to ask those individuals.
I have therefore decided to introduce a new series of posts, the “Pen Portraits”, to Law and Lease. It will not replace my case summaries, which will continue as normal.
Each pen portrait will feature a lawyer, surveyor, property manager, lessee or other personality involved in the property management and service charge domains. Each “subject” has answered broadly the same questions about themselves and their views on our industry.
My first portrait will be of Philip Rainey QC.
