Rule 12: Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber): Security for costs

I felt that I must mention this rule because it lurks in the midst of rules which apply to service charge cases.

Do not however be led up the garden path: this rule provides that a respondent may apply for security for costs in a land registration case. There is no entitlement here to apply for security for costs in any of the other groups of case or application.
