Law and Lease is two years old today

This is also my 120^th post.

I am told that, as a child, I was never short of something to say.

I have turned out to be the proverbial leopard with unchanging spots, although it is fair to say that I talk about different things nowadays. There was no Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 when I was a child – and I anticipate that, even if there had been, I would still have preferred talking about ponies.

The first year of Law and Lease saw major changes in the service charge world. By contrast, this second year has been rather more peaceful. New Presidents and Deputy Presidents have settled into their roles; the First-tier Tribunal has found its feet, and we have all continued to wait, like Vladimir and Estragon waiting for Godot, for the Court of Appeal to hear Phillips v Francis.

Now is therefore a good moment to say thank you to all of the visitors, twitter followers and subscribers who have passed through the portals of my blog over the past twelve months. You motivate and encourage me to write, and I hope you enjoy reading my posts as much as I do writing them.

Shall we carry on for another year?
